Truly enjoyed our spotless and huge rooms.
Lovely stay, we were there for 4 days. Everything was amazing, stunning location so close to The Colosseum, and about a 5/10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, very knowledgeable staff;))

Beautiful location. You rip off the shutters in the morning, it's a lively city. Mattress, bed linen, clean venue, clean. Hot water goes instantly, air conditioning quickly heats the room (no batteries, so when they came in - it was cold). Beautiful girl waiter at breakfast, remembers all the orders and repeats.
1. Noisy room, you can hear everything that happens upstairs. Because of the wooden windows and shutters, the noise from the street is also strong, but I was not confused by it. 2. Bathroom door - glass with aperture of two centimeters around the perimeter, does not close. Yeah, I know about the souls in the room, but it's a conscious choice, and there's a nasty surprise. 3. No kettle, plastic cups (only on arrival), no bathrobes, no slippers. Although the reservation had these options. After the dialogue at the reception all brought.

Excellent location (Playa de España), to all attractions walked, near shopping streets, metro in 5 minutes on foot. Towels were changed every day, the bathroom is not necessary accessories are
Windows with slits (trees) - at night blowing and audibility is colossal. If anyone sleeps sensitively, you will suffer. We took two 3-bed rooms, one was on the 1st floor, second to 3. lower room is more spacious, shower in the corner of the bathroom (not a shower cabin), upper room is much closer, with a normal bath. The hotel is more of a solid 3*. Compared to Paris and Barcelona. they lived in similar hotels, they were not called 4, of course the city tax leaves you out... 3, 5 times higher than in Paris and Barcelona.

* Basically, if you're not intimidated by the crowds of bothering Pakistanis with roses, it's a good location... * *Very friendly and smiling staff, there's a Russian-speaking girl * *Qualitative and timely cleaning. All clear and while we were out of the room.
*" Breakfast, small and narrow room, the choice is also very mediocre. * No slippers and no bathrobe (for money only) * *Larger hearing from the street, which is very lively. *Tight in the bathroom (too close to the bidet and toilet, it's hard to use them). *Cabinet is small and uncomfortable (practically no shelves or lockers). * Pillows are uncomfortable, though almost like everywhere else in Italy. * Originally given a room with an extra door on the back stairs. It was very muzzled and smelled like must, had to change the room.

The rooms are new-fashioned and huge with coffee and tea available. The atmosphere is quiet and all staff members are amazingly nice and pleasant. There is plenty of decent food for breakfast.

The location was very good as it was yards away from the spanish steps. The staff seemed friendly.
It was a bit small and the bar area was very quiet and lacked any atmosphere. Rooms had tiled floors. The wallpaper in the breakfast area was tired and in some places dirty. This needs updating.

main advantage of this hotel is its location. Palazzo Barberini, 5-minute walk from the Spanish Steps, is the square of the same name. comfortable hotel, convenient... clean venue, clean, with high ceilings and good room cleaning. staff is very friendly and ready to help at any time of the day. Spacious bathroom with all kinds of bath accessories, comfortable "cosmetic" mirror. windows overlooked a busy street, at night it was quiet. Beautiful view from the window. We were checked in in the morning immediately upon arrival, can't help but be glad! I liked the design of the hotel itself (hall, ground floor, staircase).
main drawbacks are... Problems with room lighting. Two lamps on nightstands that could not be used due to only one outlet by the bed (to charge the phone). Two more lamps above the nightstands, were clearly missing. In the twilight it was impossible to find anything or even do anything. THERE'S NO MAIN LIGHT SOURCE. Despite the large window, very dark room. MANUFACTURER OF THE BOOKS, BOOKS and so on. Things just had nowhere to put. table is very narrow along the wall, we had to put everything there. (Doesn't apply to the bathroom, it's been thought out. * Breakfast was rather monotonous and meager, although the service and coffee exceeded expectations.

1. Location 2. Bathroom cleanliness 3. Responsive staff
1) In order to sleep, you need to take a room in which the windows overlook practically the windows of the rooms opposite 2) The area of the room is a set of unnecessary hallways, rooms with a sofa or just a table. Incomprehensible layout, do not wait for a spacious room area specified on the site. 3. Dark color scheme, room lighting, not cozy. 4. Set for tea/coffee no 5. Slippers on request, bathrobes only in suites, for money too. 6. Plastic cups, glasses asked for. Lobby is a stand with one worker on the side of the entrance, meters 8 square meters, the rest of the building - narrow passages, corridors ... a maze of some. Opposite the elevator there is a door open to the "restaurant" (a few always empty tables, not dared to visit). In general, everything is too economical. Does not correspond to the declared level, the photo is better than everything actually. It is possible to stop for a maximum of 80-100€ per day, it does not cost more. For still fresh repairs and location

We liked the location, as it is near sight seeing areas and brand name shops. The free internet was a great plus!!
1) The only staff in the entire hotel who could speak English, was the receptionist and they call the hotel "International" also, the receptionist came across as arogant and rude when I asked him when my room would be ready.... 2) The lobby carpet is used and dirty. 3) The breakfast is ok, but it was the same every day. 4) No English tv channels apart from bbc. Very limited !!! 5) No food available after breakfast. 6) Very noisy rooms from trafic.
